8:30 am - meeting at your hotel in Murmansk, starting in Teriberka, stopping at viewpoints.
11:00am - arrival in Teriberka, stop at the toilet.
11:30am - 1:00pm - a walk through the stone coast, an overview of natural attractions.
1:30pm - 3:00pm - lunch.
3:00pm - 4:00pm - guided tour of old Teriberka.

2. This is a group boat trip (maximum 10 passengers).
3. There is no guide on board to explain the surroundings. The captain's responsibilities are navigation and ensuring the group's safety. If you would like a guide on board, a separate ticket must be purchased for them, or the entire vessel must be chartered.
4. Refunds for the boat trip are no longer possible starting 3 days before the trip.
5. You can choose the large steel yacht or speedboat No. 1 / speedboat No. 2. The yacht has more space but travels a bit slower. The speedboat is faster but has less space, and it rocks more if there are waves. You can view photos by clicking the links above.

On this trip, we will get to the ancient city of Kandalaksha in the south of the Murmansk region and swim in sea water with ice in special waterproof suits. It is important that the one–way trip takes 3 hours. Ice floating takes place from November to April.

We will swim on the snowy shore of the White Sea with drifting ice floes. In winter, an ice sheet is formed here. Also, when swimming, you can meet marine animals – seals and lakhtaka. Before swimming, the instructors will tell you about all the nuances, choose a suit for your size and help you put it on and take it off. After that, we head to the icy shore and go down into the water. We will have professional instructors with us throughout the voyage.

After Icefloating, we will go to lunch at a restaurant or cafe of your choice.

Ice floating is an Arctic swim in the Kola Bay (part of the Arctic ocean) near Murmansk on the basis of the yacht club. It takes only 30 minutes by car to reach the ice floating site.

CLOTHES
Before going into the water, you will have to take off all your outer layer clothing including jackets, pants, hats and shoes). You need to have a thin base layer thermal underwear set on you as you will wear yopur ice floating suit on top of your thermals.
You can also use a thicker & warmer second layer of hoodless thermals (fleece or Polartec is ideal).
You will have to remove your hat before putting on our ice floating suit, but you are welcome to use your own personal thin balaclava to cover your head.
All shoes must be removed before using our ice floating suits, so it is ideal to have a pair (or two) of wwarm socks.
You should also have a second set of a base layer thermal underwear with you and a towel. When you actively move while wearing our ice floating suits, some water may occasionally leak into the suit.
If you have long hair, please have a couple of elastic hair bands on you. You will need to make your hair into a ponytail just below the back of your head. No gloves or mittens are needed.
